Abstract
Zdepolimeryzowany surowiec destyluje sie w destylatorze w celu otrzymania paliwa do silników wysokopreznych, przy czym czesc otrzymanego paliwa zuzywa sie do zasilania generatora spalinowo-elektrycznego. The method of producing refined diesel fuel in the catalytic depolymerization process is based on the fact that the comminuted municipal and / or organic waste as the input raw material is dried and then processed in a separation block and evaporator connected to a mixing turbine in which catalytic depolymerization takes place. . The depolymerized raw material is distilled in a distiller in order to obtain diesel fuel, and a part of the obtained fuel is used to power a diesel-electric generator. Catalytic depolymerization is carried out in the presence of sodium aluminosilicate acting as a catalyst, while the technological process control block automatically monitors the indications of sensors associated with individual blocks of the catalytic depolymerization process and in the event of detection of deviations resulting from insufficient amount of catalyst, the automatic catalyst dispenser is activated by means of the technological process control block. the dose of the catalyst is dosed into the mixing turbine in the amount from 5 kg to 35 kg per 1000 l of fuel in the process cycle, and then the operation of individual units is monitored again. A colloidal solution of cerium oxide nanoparticles (CeO2) with a particle size from 10 nm to 50 nm in light crude oil distillates in an amount ensuring the final concentration of cerium oxide nanoparticles CeO2 in the fuel at the level of 20 ppm to 100 ppm and a colloidal solution are added to the fuel obtained in this way. Silver nanoparticles (Ag) with a particle size from 3 nm to 8 nm in diesel oil in an amount ensuring a concentration of silver nanoparticles in the fuel at the level of 2 ppm to 20 ppm.
