Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania tulei walców rastrowych, polega na tym, ze tuleja sklada sie z tulei wewnetrznej (21) ze scisliwego materialu i tulei zewnetrznej (22), na której zewnetrznej powierzchni sa wygrawerowane kalamarzyki. Na trzpien naklada sie wewnetrzna tuleje (21), na która nanosi sie klej, po czym naklada sie na nia tuleje zewnetrzna (22) uformowana z czarnego polimeru o twardosci pomiedzy 85 a 90 wedlug skali twardosci Shore'a D. Z kolei szlifuje sie zewnetrzna tuleje (22) i graweruje sie w zewnetrznej powierzchni tej tulei (22) kalamarzyki przy uzyciu lasera z wiazka o czestotliwosci w zakresie bliskiej podczerwieni, korzystnie 1070 nm, po czym poleruje sie zewnetrzna jej powierzchnie.
