Abstract

Sposób zabezpieczenia przed zawilgoceniem zewnetrznych paneli sciennych polega na tym, ze pare wodna, zgromadzona w zewnetrznym panelu sciennym, odprowadza sie wykorzystujac efekt zróznicowanej dyfuzyjnosci dla pary wodnej, przenikajacej poprzez poszycie wewnetrzne z wnetrza zewnetrznego panelu sciennego, w stosunku do dyfuzyjnosci dla pary wodnej, przenikajacej do wnetrza zewnetrznego panelu sciennego. Zewnetrzny panel scienny przeznaczony zwlaszcza dla budynków "pasywnych", ma warstwe paraizolacji (2) po stronie poszycia wewnetrznego oraz warstwe izolacji zewnetrznej (8) po stronie poszycia zewnetrznego, przy czym poszycie wewnetrzne ma strukture warstwowa skladajaca sie z przepuszczajacej pare wodna plyty konstrukcyjnej (3), warstwy paraizolacji (2) oraz plyty kartonowo-gipsowej (1). Natomiast poszycie zewnetrzne stanowi paroszczelna plyta konstrukcyjna (6) polaczona za pomoca warstwy kleju dyspersyjnego (7) z warstwa izolacji zewnetrznej (8), która z kolei pokryta jest warstwa podkladu (9) zbrojonego oraz warstwa tynku cienkowarstwowego (10).The method of protection against moisture of external wall panels consists in the fact that the water vapor, accumulated in the external wall panel, is drained using the effect of different diffusivity for water vapor, penetrating through the internal sheathing from the interior wall panel, in relation to the water vapor diffusion to the interior of an external wall panel. The outer wall panel, especially for "passive" buildings, has a vapor barrier layer (2) on the inner skin side and an outer insulation layer (8) on the outer skin side, with the inner skin having a layered structure consisting of a water vapor permeable construction plate (3) ), vapor barrier layers (2) and drywall (1). On the other hand, the outer skin is a vapor-tight construction plate (6) connected with a dispersion adhesive layer (7) with an external insulation layer (8), which in turn is covered with a layer of reinforced undercoat (9) and a thin-layer plaster layer (10).
