Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób obróbki zawiesiny gnojowicy świńskiej poprzez rozdział na fazę stałą i ciekłą, przy zastosowaniu filtracji. Sposób polega na tym, że zawiesinę gnojowicy świńskiej zmineralizowanej kwasami mineralnymi neutralizuje się zawiesiną wodorotlenku wapnia do pH co najmniej 10,5, po czym do zneutralizowanej zmineralizowanej zawiesiny gnojowicy dodaje się fosforan jednowapniowy korzystnie w proporcji wagowej od 0,8/1 do 1,2/1 w stosunku do zawartej w gnojowicy wyjściowej suchej masy. Następnie dodaje się do przetworzonej zawiesiny gnojowicy zawiesinę wodorotlenku wapnia lub wodorotlenek wapnia w takiej ilości, aby otrzymać pH zawiesiny co najmniej 10,5, po czym filtruje się w znany sposób na filtrze ciśnieniowym, stosując odpowiednie ciśnienie, w podwyższonej temperaturze. The method involves neutralizing a slurry of pig manure mineralized with mineral acids with a calcium hydroxide suspension to a pH of at least 10.5, and then adding monocalcium phosphate, preferably in a weight ratio of 0.8/1 to 1.2/1 based on the initial dry matter content of the slurry, to the neutralized slurry. A calcium hydroxide suspension or calcium hydroxide is then added to the processed slurry in an amount to obtain a pH of at least 10.5, followed by filtration in a known manner using a pressure filter, applying appropriate pressure at elevated temperature. The method is particularly useful for eliminating odors from the post-filtration sludge and filtrate after filtration of pig manure, as well as phosphorus, calcium and magnesium from this filtrate.
