Stop cynku do wytwarzania powlok antykorozyjnych na wyrobach stalowych w procesie cynkowania zanurzeniowego, zawierajacy antymon, aluminium, bizmut, olów, zelazo, nikiel i mangan, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera dodatkowo mischmetal (MM), przy czym masowa zawartosc antymonu wynosi 0,3-80%, bizmutu 0,001-5%, manganu 0,001-10%, niklu, 0,001-5% i nie wiecej niz 1% mischmetalu (MM) oraz dodatkowo nie wiecej niz 0,5% zelaza, nie wiecej niz 1% olowiu, nie wiecej niz 0,5% aluminium, reszte stanowi Zn. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest równiez sposób wytwarzania stopu cynku do cynkowania zanurzeniowego.Zinc alloy for the production of anti-corrosive coatings on steel products in the process of hot dip galvanizing, containing antimony, aluminum, bismuth, lead, iron, nickel and manganese, characterized by the addition of mischmetal (MM), with an antimony mass content of 0.3 -80%, bismuth 0.001-5%, manganese 0.001-10%, nickel, 0.001-5% and no more than 1% mischmetal (MM) and in addition no more than 0.5% iron, no more than 1% lead, not more than 0.5% aluminum, the rest is Zn. The invention also relates to a method of producing a zinc alloy for hot dip galvanizing.
