Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest układ mikroprzepływowy do dostarczania próbki płynu ustrojowego, zwłaszcza krwi, do układu analizującego, obejmujący pierwszą komorę (Z1) połączoną z pierwszym otworem (O1) i drugą komorę (Z2), które to komory (Z1, Z2) są połączone ze sobą oraz są połączone z trzecim kanałem (K3) posiadającym trzeci otwór (O2), ponadto pierwsza komora (Z1) jest połączona z czwartym kanałem (K4) i piątym kanałem (K5) posiadającym czwarty otwór (O3) i piąty otwór (O5), zaś druga komora (Z2) jest połączona z drugim kanałem (K6) posiadającym drugi otwór (O4), charakteryzujący się tym, że połączenie między pierwszą komorą (Z1) a drugą komorą (Z2) stanowi przewężenie. Ponadto wynalazek ten obejmuje sposób dostarczania próbki płynu ustrojowego do układu analizującego, z zastosowaniem wyżej opisanego układu mikroprzepływowego.The subject of the invention is a microfluidic system for supplying a sample of body fluid, especially blood, to the analyzing system, comprising a first chamber (Z1) connected to the first opening (O1) and a second chamber (Z2), which chambers (Z1, Z2) are connected to each other and are connected to a third channel (K3) having a third opening (O2), furthermore the first chamber (Z1) is connected to a fourth channel (K4) and a fifth channel (K5) having a fourth opening (O3) and a fifth opening (O5), and the second chamber (Z2) is connected to a second channel (K6) having a second opening (O4), characterized in that the connection between the first chamber (Z1) and the second chamber (Z2) is a narrowing.
