Element budowlany, wytworzony z materiałów powszechnie stosowanych w budownictwie zasadniczo o wielokątnym obrysie obrzeży, charakteryzuje się tym, że zespolony jest trwale z dolnej warstwy konstrukcyjnej (7), korzystnie o grubości od 2÷18 mm, i pośredniej warstwy przewodzącej światło (3), korzystnie o grubości od 3÷18 mm, w której występują elementy wzoru (2) posiadające wypełnienie korzystnie transparentne, posiadające elementy świetlne (4), oraz warstwy wierzchniej (1) korzystnie o grubości 1÷18 mm, przy czym warstwę wierzchnią (1) stanowi drewno, i/lub drewno klejone na sklejce, i/lub ceramika, i/lub gres, i/lub kamień naturalny, i/lub szkło, i/lub masa plastyczna, i/lub bakelit, i/lub konglomerat, i/lub PCV, i/lub metal, i/lub element włóknowo-cementowy, i/lub szkło malowane od spodu, i/lub szkło piaskowane od spodu, i/lub żywica.
