Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób termowodowego zrzutu nadmiernej energii termicznej z kolektorów słonecznych, polegający na stosowaniu bezpieczników termicznych, których istota działania polega na zastosowaniu wewnątrz termowodu bimetalicznego zaworu, odcinającego napływ par, przenoszących energię termiczną w krytycznych warunkach temperaturowych, lub za pomocą dodatkowej instalacji cyrkulacyjnej zewnętrznie zasilanej w celu wymuszenia transportu energii nadmiernej z kolektora do wyznaczonego odbiornika ciepła lub za pomocą zaworu z termogłowicą, otwieranego systemem termopary, lub za pomocą systemu mechanicznego zabezpieczania kolektorów słonecznych, polegającego na stosowaniu żaluzji bądź rolet, w którym nadmierna energia termiczna odprowadzana jest przez termowód z materiału o przewodności cieplnej mniejszej niż 150 W • m-1 • K-1, wewnątrz którego w temperaturze 10°C panuje podciśnienie niższe niż 0,01 bar, a w temperaturze 100°C niższe niż 0,1 bar, natomiast ciecz robocza, znajdująca się w termowodzie, charakteryzuje się odczynem pH = 3,5-9,5 i temperaturą wrzenia, oznaczoną w warunkach ciśnienia atmosferycznego w zakresie 180-300°C.The subject of the invention is a method of thermal discharge of excessive thermal energy from solar collectors, consisting in the use of thermal fuses, the essence of which is to use a bimetallic valve inside the thermowell, cutting off the inflow of vapors, transferring thermal energy in critical temperature conditions, or by means of an additional external circulation system in order to force the transport of excessive energy from the collector to a designated heat receiver or by means of a thermostatic valve, opened by a thermocouple system, or by means of a system of mechanical protection of solar collectors, consisting of the use of blinds or roller blinds, in which excessive thermal energy is removed by the thermowell from the material with a thermal conductivity of less than 150 W • m-1 • K-1, inside which at 10 ° C there is a vacuum lower than 0.01 bar, and at 100 ° C lower than 0.1 bar, while the working liquid in the thermowater has a pH of 3.5-9.5 and boiling point, determined at atmospheric pressure in the range of 180-300 ° C.
