Abstract

Układ pomiaru rezystancji, zwłaszcza do obwodów iskrobezpiecznych zawiera regulowany układ napięcia odniesienia (REF1), którego katoda (K) jest połączona z napięciem zasilającym (UZAS). Wejście regulacji (REG) regulowanego układu napięcia odniesienia (REF1) jest podłączone do drenu tranzystora PMOS (T1) oraz poprzez pierwszy rezystor (R1) do napięcia zasilającego (UZAS). The source of the PMOS transistor (T1) is connected through a third resistor (R3) with a resistance measurement input (WE) protected by a zener diode (D1) connected between the resistance measurement input (WE) and the ground (GND). The resistance measurement input (EC) is connected via a fourth resistor (R4) to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier (W1), working in the follower circuit, to which the output (OUT) is connected. Non-inverting input of operational amplifier (W1) and power ground is connected to capacitor (C1).
