Abstract
Układ pomiaru rezystancji, zwłaszcza do obwodów iskrobezpiecznych zawiera regulowany układ napięcia odniesienia (REF1), którego katoda (K) jest połączona z napięciem zasilającym (UZAS). Wejście regulacji (REG) regulowanego układu napięcia odniesienia (REF1) jest podłączone do drenu tranzystora PMOS (T1) oraz poprzez pierwszy rezystor (R1) do napięcia zasilającego (UZAS). Anoda (A) regulowanego układu napięcia odniesienia (REF1) jest połączona z bramką tranzystora PMOS (T1), a poprzez drugi rezystor (R2) z masą zasilania (GND). Źródło tranzystora PMOS (T1) jest połączone przez trzeci rezystor (R3) z wejściem pomiaru rezystancji (WE) zabezpieczonym diodą zenera (D1) włączoną pomiędzy wejście pomiaru rezystancji (WE) a masę zasilania (GND). Wejście pomiaru rezystancji (WE) połączone jest poprzez czwarty rezystor (R4) z wejściem nieodwracającym wzmacniacza operacyjnego (W1), pracującego w układzie wtórnika, do którego wyjścia podłączone jest wyjście układu (WY). Wejście nieodwracające wzmacniacza operacyjnego (W1) a masę zasilania włączony jest kondensator (C1).The resistance measurement system, especially for intrinsically safe circuits, contains an adjustable reference voltage system (REF1), whose cathode (K) is connected to the supply voltage (UZAS). The regulation input (REG) of the regulated reference voltage system (REF1) is connected to the drain of the PMOS transistor (T1) and through the first resistor (R1) to the supply voltage (UZAS). The anode (A) of the regulated reference voltage system (REF1) is connected to the gate of the PMOS transistor (T1), and through the second resistor (R2) to the power supply ground (GND). The source of the PMOS transistor (T1) is connected through a third resistor (R3) with a resistance measurement input (WE) protected by a zener diode (D1) connected between the resistance measurement input (WE) and the ground (GND). The resistance measurement input (EC) is connected via a fourth resistor (R4) to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier (W1), working in the follower circuit, to which the output (OUT) is connected. Non-inverting input of operational amplifier (W1) and power ground is connected to capacitor (C1).
