Wynalazek dotyczy nowego hydroksylaktonu 5-(1-hydroksyetylo)-4-(2,6,6-trimetylocykloheks-2-en-1-ylo)dihydrofuran-2(3H)-onu, o wzorze 2, oraz sposobu jego otrzymywania na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej 5-(1-chloroetylo)-4-(2,6,6-trimetylocykloheks-2-en-1-ylo)dihydrofuran-2(3H)-onu, o wzorze 1, za pomoca systemu enzymatycznego szczepu grzyba Fusarium culmorum AM10. Wynalazek moze znalezc zastosowanie w przemysle kosmetycznym i spozywczym do otrzymywania skladników aromatów spozywczych.The invention relates to a new 5-(1-hydroxyethyl)-4-(2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl)dihydrofuran-2(3H)-one hydroxylactone of formula 2, and a method for its preparation by microbial transformation of 5-(1-chloroethyl)-4-(2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl)dihydrofuran-2(3H)-one, formula 1, by means of the enzyme system of the fungus strain Fusarium culmorum AM10. The invention can be used in the cosmetics and food industries for the production of food flavoring ingredients.
