Sposób wytwarzania opakowań z polipropylenu w postaci granulatu w procesie formowania wtryskowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że formowaniu wtryskowemu poddaje się mieszaninę granulatu polipropylenowego zawierającą granulat uszlachetniony i granulat surowy w proporcji od 1:10 do 1:20, przy czym granulat uszlachetniony przygotowuje się w ten sposób, że do surowego granulatu polipropylenowego implantuje się nanocząstki srebra w ten sposób, że surowy granulat polipropylenowy poddaje się naprzemiennie operacjom powlekania granulatu koloidalnym roztworem zawierającym - węglowodór o temperaturze wrzenia poniżej 70°C: od 98% do 99,6% wagowo, - środek powierzchniowo czynny obniżający napięcie powierzchniowe: od 0,1% do 0,5% wagowo; - środek adhezyjny: od 0,1% do 0,5% wagowo; - dyspergator: od 0,1% do 0,5% wagowo; - modyfikator lepkości: od 0,1% do 0,5% wagowo; - nanocząstki srebra w otoczce z rodziny parafin, o rozmiarze od 40nm do 60nm, w stężeniu 50000 ppm wagowo; oraz suszenia powleczonego roztworem granulatu w temperaturze poniżej 70°C aż do uzyskania stężenia nanocząstek srebra w granulacie na poziomie od 100ppm do 500 ppm wagowo.The method of producing polypropylene packaging in the form of granules in the injection molding process is characterized in that the injection molding is subjected to a mixture of polypropylene granules containing refined granules and raw granules in a proportion of 1:10 to 1:20, where refined granules are prepared in this a way that silver nanoparticles are implanted in the raw polypropylene granulate in such a way that the raw polypropylene granulate is alternately subjected to the operations of coating the granulate with a colloidal solution containing - a hydrocarbon with a boiling point below 70 ° C: from 98% to 99.6% by weight, - agent surfactant that reduces surface tension: from 0.1% to 0.5% by weight; - adhesive: from 0.1% to 0.5% by weight; - dispersant: from 0.1% to 0.5% by weight; - viscosity modifier: from 0.1% to 0.5% by weight; - silver nanoparticles in a shell from the paraffin family, with a size from 40nm to 60nm, in a concentration of 50,000 ppm by weight; and drying the solution coated granulate at a temperature below 70 ° C until obtaining a concentration of silver nanoparticles in the granulate at a level from 100ppm to 500 ppm by weight.
