Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe sondy służące do wykrywania bakterii z gatunku Acinetobacter Baumannii o sekwencjach 1 i 2 oraz oligonukleotydowe startery o określonych sekwencjach. Ujawniono też sposób analizy materiału genetycznego zawartego w próbkach, w którym to fragment DNA powiela się w reakcji Real-Time PCR z zastosowaniem starterów gdzie w reakcji Real-Time PCR powiela się konserwowane sekwencje z zastosowaniem starterów o określonych sekwencjach, po czym produkt wykrywa się za pomocą sond o sekwencjach 1 i 2. Wynalazek obejmuje również zestaw do analizy materiału genetycznego zawartego w próbkach.
