Abstract

Sposób ciągły wytwarzania środka piorącego w postaci granulatu, z detergentu w postaci wodnego roztworu mydła, wypełniaczy w postaci siarczanu i węglanu sodu, soli kuchennej, mydła w proszku, ciekłej substancji aktywnej, sproszkowanych dodatków w postaci barwników, enzymów, substancji wybielających oraz kompozycji zapachowej, polega na tym, że składniki sypkie, jak wypełniacze, sól kuchenną, mydło w proszku dozuje się w sposób ciągły do zasobnika wyposażonego w mieszadło, w którym opadające składniki sypkie natryskuje się, także w sposób ciągły, pod zwiększonym ciśnieniem ciekłą substancję aktywną. Następnie mieszaninę odbiera się z dołu zasobnika i dostarcza do obracającego bębna o działaniu ciągłym, usytuowanego pod kątem do poziomu, w którym na wlocie na przesypujący się wsad natryskuje się pod zwiększonym ciśnieniem wodny roztwór mydła. Z bębna granulat wprowadza się do leja wysypowego, a stąd grawitacyjnie do przesiewacza wibracyjnego, gdzie poddaje się go rozdzieleniu na trzy frakcje rozmiarowe: nadziarno, produkt właściwy i podziarno, z których produkt właściwy wprowadza się podajnikiem, w sposób ciągły, do obracającego się bębna kondycjonującego usytuowanego pod kątem do poziomu, w którego strefie wlotowej do granulatu dodaje się w sposób ciągły pozostałe składniki sypkie, jak barwniki, enzymy, substancje wybielające, a także substancję zapachową, którą natryskuje się na przesypujący się wsad pod zwiększonym ciśnieniem, po czym na końcu bębna odbiera się gotowy produkt w postaci granulowanego środka piorącego, zaś nadziarno po rozdrobnieniu oraz podziarno zawraca się do procesu. Ciekłą substancję aktywną, roztwór mydła i ciekłe dodatki zapachowe wprowadza się za pomocą dysz hydraulicznych.A continuous method of producing a washing agent in the form of granules, from a detergent in the form of an aqueous soap solution, fillers in the form of sodium sulfate and carbonate, table salt, powdered soap, liquid active substance, powdered additives in the form of dyes, enzymes, bleaching substances and fragrance. consists in the fact that loose components, such as fillers, table salt, and powdered soap are continuously dispensed into a container equipped with a stirrer, in which the falling loose components are sprayed, also in a continuous manner, at an increased pressure, the liquid active substance. The mixture is then taken from the bottom of the hopper and delivered to a continuous rotating drum, angled to the level at which an aqueous soap solution is sprayed under increased pressure at the inlet of the pouring feed. From the drum, granulate is introduced into the discharge hopper, and thus gravity into the vibrating screen, where it is separated into three size fractions: oversize, specific product and sub-grain, from which the proper product is fed by the feeder, continuously, to the rotating conditioning drum located at an angle to the level in which the granules are added to the granulate continuously, other loose ingredients, such as dyes, enzymes, bleaching substances, as well as fragrance, which is sprayed on the pouring charge under increased pressure, then at the end of the drum the finished product is collected in the form of a granular washing agent, and the oversized grain and sub-grain are recycled to the process. The liquid active substance, soap solution and liquid fragrance additives are introduced by means of hydraulic nozzles.
