Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania profili okiennych z PCV w systemie STS (Static Thermal Systems), mających zastosowanie do wykonywania okien obiektów mieszkalnych i przemysłowych. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że profil PCV (1), zawierający trwale przymocowaną w procesie ekstruzji do przylgi skrzydła taśmę wzmacniająco-uszczelniającą (3), frezuje się wraz z taśmą na szpic (4), poczynając od miejsca zakończenia przylgi skrzydła (5) w kierunku wewnętrznej części naroża (6) zmniejszając szerokość szpica z 2 do 0 mm na odcinku do 24 mm.The subject of the invention is a method of producing PVC window profiles in the STS (Static Thermal Systems) system, applicable to the production of windows in residential and industrial buildings. The method is characterized by the fact that the PVC profile (1), containing the reinforcing and sealing tape (3) permanently attached to the sash face, is milled together with the tape on the tip (4), starting from the end of the sash face (5) in towards the inside of the corner (6) by reducing the width of the picket from 2 to 0 mm over a distance of 24 mm.
