Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania witaminy K2 w formie MK-7 polega na dołączeniu łańcucha heksaprenylowego o konfiguracji "all-trans" do pochodnej monoprenylowej menadiolu zgodnie ze strategią "1+6". Karboanion ?-sulfonylowy generowany z zabezpieczonego monoprenylomenadiolu o wzorze (II) pod działaniem silnej zasady metaloorganicznej poddaje się in situ reakcji alkilowania halogenkiem heksaprenylu o wzorze (VII), w którym X oznacza atom fluorowca, korzystnie brom, jeden z podstawników Z' i Z" oznacza atom wodoru, a drugi grupę fenylosulfonylową -SO2Ph, przy czym halogenek heksaprenylu otrzymuje się w wyniku połączenia dwu jednostek triprenylowych w reakcji alkilowania, z, lub bez wyodrębniania związków pośrednich.
