Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania płytki, polega na tym, że z nieutwardzonej masy budowlanej, na przykład z masy betonowej, uzyskuje się półfabrykat (1), którego wymiary są z góry ustalone poprzez dobranie odpowiedniej formy odlewniczej. Masa betonowa może zostać wzbogacona o dodatkowe elementy (2), podnoszące np. walory estetyczno-dekoracyjne czy parametry wytrzymałościowe produktu finalnego. Po zastygnięciu masy betonowej półfabrykat (1) rozłupuje się na ciąg segmentów (3) i uzyskuje się nieregularną strukturę chropowatej powierzchni (5) sąsiadujących ze sobą segmentów (3), która to chropowata powierzchnia (5) będzie stanowić ozdobną i eksponowaną część gotowej elewacyjnej płytki (4). Następnie dzieli się każdy segment (3) na dwie części, a powierzchnie powstające w wyniku rozcięcia segmentu (3) po jego podzieleniu są stosunkowo gładkie. W opisany sposób powstają dwie przylegające do siebie płaskimi powierzchniami płytki (4). Odpowiadające sobie dwie płytki (4) dwóch przylegających do siebie segmentów (3) stanowią po ich złożeniu klocek (7). Concrete mix can be enriched with additional elements (2), increasing e.g. aesthetic and decorative values or endurance parameters of the final product. After the concrete mass sets, the blank (1) is split into a segment segment (3) and an irregular structure of the rough surface (5) of adjacent segments (3) is obtained, which rough surface (5) will be a decorative and exposed part of the finished facade tile (4). Then each segment (3) is divided into two parts, and the surfaces resulting from cutting the segment (3) after its division are relatively smooth. As described, two adjacent flat surfaces are formed (4). The corresponding two plates (4) of two adjacent segments (3) constitute a block (7) after they are assembled. The blocks (7), composed of a pair of plates (4), are relatively regular cuboids.
