Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania podkładów okładzin podłogowych. Wynalazek ma zastosowanie przy produkcji wielometrowych zwijanych w role podkładów dla różnego rodzaju okładzin podłogowych. Sposób wytwarzania podkładów okładzin podłogowych polega na mieszaniu ze sobą w fazie początkowej procesu wypełniacza i środka wiążącego, przez co uzyskuje się masę do dalszej obróbki, którą wyrównuje się podczas tej obróbki w kierunku wzdłużnym i poprzecznym raklem. Proces zestalania odbywa się nieoczekiwanie w wysokiej temperaturze, gdzie wysoka temperatura nie przekracza 100 st.C, korzystnie nie przekracza 70 st.C. Poprzedzony jest procesem mieszania składników masy nieoczekiwanie w niskiej temperaturze stanowiącej temperaturę otoczenia. The solidification process takes place unexpectedly at high temperature, where the high temperature does not exceed 100 ° C, preferably does not exceed 70 ° C. It is preceded by the process of mixing the components of the mass unexpectedly at low temperature constituting the ambient temperature. The binder is a liquid compound, preferably acrylic or polyurethane, which, when mixed with the filler, forms a mass that is poured onto a thin foil carrier. The solidification process at high temperature is separated from the mixing process by a squeegee molding process. The foil carrier is under tension.
