Abstract

Sposób intensyfikacji procesu kompostowania polega na tym, że w trakcie trwania procesu kompostowania mierzy się temperaturę dla każdej z pryzm kompostowych (3), korzystnie za pomocą czujników temperatury, przy czym, gdy temperatura w pryzmie spadnie poniżej zadeklarowanej temperatury minimalnej (Tmin), korzystnie poniżej 20°C, pryzmę dogrzewa się dostarczając ciepło do czasu przekroczenia zadeklarowanej temperatury optymalnej (T0) korzystnie 55°C. Instalacja dogrzewania pryzmy podczas procesu kompostowania charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z podłogi (1) zawierającej rury (2) umieszczonej pod pryzmą kompostową (3) z zespołu sterowniczo-pompowego (5) połączonego rurami(2) z kolektorami słonecznymi (6), z elektrozaworów (7) umieszczonych pomiędzy rurami (2) a zespołem sterowniczo-pompowym (5) oraz czujników temperatury (8) korzystnie umieszczonych we wnętrzu pryzmy kompostowej (3).The method of intensifying the composting process is based on the fact that during the composting process the temperature is measured for each compost pile (3), preferably by means of temperature sensors, whereas when the temperature in the pile drops below the declared minimum temperature (Tmin), preferably below 20 ° C, the pile is heated to provide heat until the declared optimum temperature (T0) is exceeded, preferably 55 ° C. The pile heating system during the composting process is characterized by the fact that it consists of a floor (1) containing pipes (2) placed under the compost pile (3) from a control and pump unit (5) connected by pipes (2) with solar collectors (6), from solenoid valves (7) placed between the pipes (2) and the pump control unit (5) and temperature sensors (8) preferably located inside the compost pile (3).
