Regulator obrotów, sklada sie z drazków reakcyjnych (5) polaczonych z pierscieniem reakcyjnym (6) zapewniajacym jednakowa zmiennosc kata natarcia wszystkich czasz (1) na wiatr, a dzieki stabilizatorom (7) polaczonym z pierscieniem wirujacym (8) oraz polaczonym z wewnetrznymi koncami czasz (1) plynnie reguluje doplyw strugi wiatru, i jednoczesnie niweluje raptowne drgania wynikajace z porywów wiatru.The subject of the invention is a wind turbine speed regulator with a vertical axis of rotation perpendicular to the direction of wind flow. Rotation regulator, consisting of reaction rods (5) connected to the reaction ring (6) ensuring equal variation of the angle of attack of all bowls (1) to the wind, and thanks to stabilizers (7) connected to the rotating ring (8) and connected to the inner ends of the bowls (1) smoothly regulates the inflow of wind stream, and at the same time reduces sudden vibrations resulting from wind gusts.
