Abstract
Segmentowa dzielona izolacja termiczna rurociągów ciepłowniczych z samozaciskowym połączeniem, składająca się korzystnie z dwóch łupin poliuretanowych, okalających rurociąg ciepłowniczy, dzielonych wzdłuż osi symetrii rurociągu, korzystnie w poziomie, które w części wzajemnego styku łupiny górnej i łupiny dolnej mają wzdłużne, korzystnie prostokątne połączenia, a po wzajemnym połączeniu pokryte są zewnętrzną warstwą ochronną, korzystnie z blachy, charakteryzuje się tym, że po jednej stronie wzdłuż długości łupiny górnej (2) i naprzemiennie łupiny dolnej (6) ma występ (3), zaś po drugiej stronie wzdłuż długości łupiny górnej (2) i naprzemiennie łupiny dolnej (6) ma rowek (7), przy czym zewnętrzne warstwy ochronne, górna (1) i dolna (5), mają na wzdłużnych obrzeżach połączenie na styk (4), skierowane równolegle do poziomej osi symetrii rurociągu, zaś od czoła łupina górna (2) i łupina dolna (6) ma z jednej strony obwodowe zaniżenie (9), a z drugiej strony zachodzący obwodowy występ (10).Segmented split thermal insulation of heating pipelines with self-tightening connection, preferably consisting of two polyurethane shells surrounding the heating pipeline, divided along the axis of symmetry of the pipeline, preferably horizontally, which in the mutual contact part of the upper shell and the lower shell have longitudinal, preferably rectangular connections, and after mutual connection are covered with an external protective layer, preferably made of sheet metal, is characterized in that on one side along the length of the upper shell (2) and alternately the lower shell (6) it has a protrusion (3), while on the other side along the length of the upper shell (2) and alternately the lower shell (6) it has a groove (7), wherein the outer protective layers, the upper (1) and the lower (5), have a butt joint (4) on their longitudinal edges, directed parallel to the horizontal axis of symmetry of the pipeline, while from the front the upper shell (2) and the lower shell (6) have a circumferential recess (9) on one side, and on the other side an overlapping circumferential performance (10)
