Abstract

Urządzenie do redukcji emisji pyłów, powstających podczas hamowania pojazdu, wyposażonego w hamulec tarczowy, zwłaszcza pojazdu samochodowego, obejmujące nakładkę cierną hamulca, posiadającą warstwę materiału ciernego zamocowanego na płytce nośnej, przeznaczoną do mocowania do zacisku hamulcowego hamulca tarczowego od strony tarczy tego hamulca oraz ssawkę przeznaczoną do łączenia przewodem pneumatycznym ze źródłem podciśnienia, charakteryzuje się tym, że otwór ssący ssawki znajduje się poza warstwą materiału ciernego (4d) nakładki ciernej hamulca. Ponadto wynalazek obejmuje układ hamulcowy pojazdu, wyposażonego w hamulec tarczowy, zwłaszcza pojazdu samochodowego, który zawiera takie urządzenie, zawierające dodatkowo przewody pneumatyczne do łączenia ssawki (4), w szczególności poprzez szybkozłączkę (4a), ze źródłem podciśnienia korzystnie z kolektorem ssącym pojazdu.
