Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mikrokuwetka, zwłaszcza do analiz biochemicznych, umożliwiająca pomiar stężenia analitu w próbce, obejmująca komorę na próbkę, charakteryzująca się tym, że obejmuje pierwszą komorę (1) i drugą komorę (2), przy czym druga komora (2) przykryta jest tulejką mogącą się obracać, której powierzchnia boczna oddziela pierwszą komorę (1) i drugą komorę (2), a w powierzchni bocznej tulejki znajduje się otwór (6), który w wyniku obrotu tulejki, można ustawić tak, że łączy on pierwszą komorę (1) i drugą komorę (2).
