Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są kompleksy wanadu o wzorze ogólnym M[VX(ONO)y(L)n] mS, gdzie X oznacza atom tlenu lub jest nieobecny, L oznacza L1 lub L2, przy czym L1 oznacza anion fluorowca lub obojętną lub zdeprotonowaną cząsteczkę rozpuszczalnika wybranego z grupy zawierającej alkohole C1-C12 i/lub wodę, a L2 oznacza obojętny lub anionowy ligand NN, NO lub OO-donorowy wybrany z grupy zawierającej: polipirydyny, 1,10-fenantrolinę, pirony, chinoliny lub kwasy pirydynokarboksylowe, S oznacza obojętną cząsteczkę rozpuszczalnika wybranego z grupy zawierającej alkohole C1-C4, wodę lub kwas siarkowy, M może być nieobecny, a gdy jest obecny to oznacza jednododatni kation metalu alkalicznego, kation amonowy, kation alkiloamoniowy, a litery O i N oznaczają atom, przez który wiązany jest ligand do wanadu. Wynalazek obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania kompleksów wanadu, preparaty farmaceutyczne zawierające te kompleksy oraz ich zastosowanie.
