Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe alkanoloamidowe pochodne kwasu cynamonowego o ogólnym wzorze1 i konfiguracji korzystnie trans, w którym R1 oznacza (R)-2-aminopropan-1-ol, (S)-2-aminopropan-1-ol, (S)-1-aminopropan-2-ol, (R,S)-1-aminobutan-2-ol, (R,S)-2-amino-3-metylobutan-1-ol, a R2 oznacza wodór lub grupę metylową w odpowiedniej pozycji pierścienia fenylowego, korzystnie w pozycji 2. Wynalazek obejmuje również zastosowanie alkanoloamidowych pochodnych kwasu cynamonowego o ogólnym wzorze 1, w którym R1 oznacza (R)-2-aminopropan-1-ol, (S)-2-aminopropan-1-ol, (S)-1-aminopropan-2-ol, (R,S)-1-aminobutan-2-ol, (R,S)-2-amino-3-metylobutan-1-ol, (R,S)-2-aminopropan-1-ol, (R,S)-1-aminopropan-2-ol, (R,S)-2-aminobutan-1-ol, (R)-2-aminobutan-1-ol, (trans)-4-aminocykloheksanol, 3-hydroksypiperydyna, a R2 oznacza wodór, chlor lub grupę metylową w odpowiedniej pozycji pierścienia fenylowego, korzystnie 4 dla chloru, 2 dla grupy metylowej, do wytwarzania leków stosowanych w leczeniu i profilaktyce schorzeń lub symptomów o podłożu neurologicznym, zwłaszcza padaczki i/lub bólu.
