Abstract

Sposób wykonywania porowatej kształtki kordierytowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że z masy otrzymanej przez mieszanie w czasie od 10 min do 2 godz. 50-70% wag. mieszaniny roztworu elektrolitów o stężeniu 0,1-1 m NaCl, 0,01m(NH4)2CO3 i 0,01 m NH4Cl oraz 30-50%wag. mieszaniny składającej się z proszku ceramiki kordierytowej i 15-30% wag. montmorillonitu, formuje się kształtki i suszy w temp. 60-80°C w czasie do 24 godz.. Następnie ogrzewa się je do temp. 1100-1200°C z szybkością 10-20°C/min. z przystankami każdy po 10-60 min. w temp. 150-170°C, 650-700°C, 800-850°C i 950-1000°C oraz spieka przez 1-2 godz. w temp. 1100-1200°C i z kolei chłodzi do temp. pokojowej, przy czym chłodzi się z szybkością 24°C/min. do temp. 500-550°C z przystankiem do 1 godz. lub chłodzi się z prędkością 5-9°C/min.The method of making a porous cordierite shaped body is characterized by the fact that from the mass obtained by mixing for 10 minutes to 2 hours. 50-70 wt. mixtures of electrolyte solution with a concentration of 0.1-1 m NaCl, 0.01 m (NH4) 2CO3 and 0.01 m NH4Cl and 30-50 wt. a mixture consisting of cordierite ceramic powder and 15-30 wt. of montmorillonite, formed into molds and dried at 60-80 ° C for up to 24 hours.
