Wykazuje 99,9% homologii do gatunku Lactobacillus plantarum, co stwierdzono na podstawie wyników testów fermentacyjnych API 50CHL.The invention relates to a lactobacilli strain of the genus Lactobacillus with probiotic properties, which has been designated the symbol ŁOCK 0862. The strain LOCK 0862 is a Gram-positive rod, immobile, non-persistent. Shows 99.9% homology to the species Lactobacillus plantarum, which was found based on the results of the API 50CHL fermentation tests.
