Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nowy szczep bakterii mlekowych Lactobacillus paracasei o właściwościach probiotycznych, który oznaczono symbolem ŁOCK 0910. Szczep wykazuje podobieństwo do gatunku Lactobacillus paracasei z prawdopodobieństwem 99,9%. Szczep rośnie w postaci dużych, lekko wypukłych kolonii o kolorze jasnokremowym. Brzeg i powierzchnia kolonii są gładkie. Nie wytwarza przetrwalników.The subject of the invention is a new strain of lactobacilli Lactobacillus paracasei with probiotic properties, which has been designated the symbol ŁOCK 0910. The strain has similarity to the species Lactobacillus paracasei with a probability of 99.9%. The strain grows in the form of large, slightly convex pale cream colonies. The colony's edge and surface are smooth. Does not produce spores.
