Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są izoksazoliny trójpodstawione, przedstawione wzorem ogólnym 1 oraz sposób ich otrzymywania, charakteryzujący się tym, że substraty w postaci związków allilowych typu QCH2CH=CH2 jako łatwo dostępne reagenty poddaje się sekwencji następujących po sobie reakcji: izomeryzacji do związków 1-propenylowych, homometatezy związków 1-propenylowych i cykloaddycji dipolarnej tlenków nitryli do produktów homometatezy. Otrzymane takim sposobem trójpodstawione izoksazoliny mogą być wykorzystane w syntezie organicznej jako substraty do otrzymywania innych związków na przykład izoksazoli, aminoalkoholi lub aminokwasów.The subject of the invention are trisubstituted isoxazolines, represented by the general formula 1, and the method of their preparation, characterized in that substrates in the form of allyl compounds of the QCH2CH=CH2 type as readily available reagents are subjected to a sequence of the following reactions: isomerization to 1-propenyl compounds, homometathesis of 1-propenyl and dipolar cycloaddition of nitrile oxides to homometathesis products. The trisubstituted isoxazolines obtained in this way can be used in organic synthesis as substrates for the preparation of other compounds, for example isoxazoles, amino alcohols or amino acids.
