Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy metody identyfikacji wirusów RNA polegającej na wykorzystaniu krótkich 4-10 nukleotydowych elementów DNA, jako miejsc przyłączenia specyficznych starterów w reakcji PCR w reakcji odwrotnej transkrypcji oraz syntezy drugiej nici, co umożliwia dodanie do fragmentu kwasu nukleinowego syntetycznych adapterów pozwalających na późniejszą amplifikację materiału genetycznego wirusów RNA. Wynalazek także dotyczy zastosowania metody identyfikacji wirusów RNA, w tym znanych patogenów i nowych patogenów, które w związku z naturalną zmiennością nie mogą zostać wykryte metodami standardowymi.
