Abstract

Podatny implant krążka międzykręgowego kręgosłupa wyposażony jest we wkładkę (2) mającą kształt dysku z obustronnymi wypukłościami, umieszczoną pomiędzy dwiema płytkami mocującymi (1, 3), posiadającymi po jednym zagłębieniu. Wypukłości we wkładce (2) mają zmienny przekrój poprzeczny. Zagłębienia (5') w płytkach mocujących (1, 3) mają kształt podobny do wypukłości we wkładce (2). Głębokość zagłębień (5') w płytkach mocujących (1, 3) jest większa od wysokości wypukłości we wkładce (2), przez co uzyskuje się luzy (7, 7'). Zewnętrzne obrysy przekrojów poprzecznych wypukłości we wkładce (2) oraz wewnętrzne obrysy przekrojów poprzecznych zagłębień (5') w płytkach mocujących (1, 3) nie są okręgami. Zewnętrzne obrysy przekrojów poprzecznych wypukłości we wkładce (2) oraz odpowiadające im wewnętrzne obrysy przekrojów poprzecznych zagłębień (5') w płytkach mocujących (1, 3), poprowadzone w tych samych płaszczyznach, różnią się o wartości luzów zmiennych wzdłuż obwodu.A susceptible implant of the intervertebral disc of the spine is equipped with an insert (2) having the shape of a disc with bilateral protrusions, sandwiched between two mounting plates (1, 3), each having one depression. The outer contours of the cross-sections of the protuberances in the insert (2) and the inner contours of the cross-sections of the recesses (5 ') in the mounting plates (1, 3) are not circles. The outer contours of the cross-sections of the protrusions in the insert (2) and the corresponding internal contours of the cross-sections of the recesses (5 ') in the mounting plates (1, 3), drawn in the same planes, differ in the values of the variable clearances along the perimeter.
