Abstract
A multilayer medical material intended for a bone filling implant comprises at least one system of three layers, the middle of which is a nanofiber layer, while the outer layers are layers of needle-punched nonwoven fabric made of classic fibers, bonded to the nanofiber layer using a needling technique. The material contains at least one of ceramic, carbon, or metallic additives, as well as a growth factor or drug. The ceramic, carbon, or metallic additive, in the form of a nanoadditive, is incorporated into the structure of the nanofiber layer, while the growth factor or drug, encapsulated in biopolymer microspheres, is deposited on the surface of the nanofiber layer. In a variant of the invention, the multilayer medical material intended for a bone filling implant also comprises at least one system of three layers, the middle of which is a porous layer of biodegradable polymer, in the form of a foam or membrane, while the outer layers are layers of needle-punched nonwoven fabric made of classic fibers, bonded to the membrane or foam using gluing or compression. The material contains at least one of ceramic, carbon, or metal additives and a growth factor or drug. The ceramic, carbon, or metal additive, in the form of a nanoadditive, is incorporated into the foam or membrane structure, and the growth factor or drug, encapsulated in biopolymer microspheres, is deposited on the surface of the foam or membrane layer.
