Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja fosforanów alkilofenoli o obniżonej zawartości fosforanu trifenylowego (TPP), będąca produktem otrzymanym w procesie polegającym na i) reakcji tlenochlorku fosforu z mieszaniną izopropylofenoli (IPF) w obecności katalizatora, ii) oddestylowaniu nadmiaru POCl3, iii) reakcji powstałej mieszaniny z fenolem, przy czym kompozycja zawiera następujące fosforany arylowe: fosforan trifenylowy w ilości 0,5%-0,8% mas., monoizopropylowany fosforan trifenylowy w ilości 75%-90% mas., diizopropylowany fosforan trifenylowy w ilości 8%-20% mas. oraz triizopropylowany fosforan trifenylowy w ilości 2%-5% mas. The subject of the invention is a composition of alkylphenol phosphates with reduced content of triphenyl phosphate (TPP), which is a product obtained in the process consisting of i) reaction of phosphorus oxychloride with a mixture of isopropylphenols (IPF) in the presence of a catalyst, ii) distilling off the excess POCl3, iii) reaction of the resulting mixture with phenol , wherein the composition comprises the following aryl phosphates: triphenyl phosphate in an amount of 0.5% -0.8% by weight, monoisopropylated triphenyl phosphate in an amount of 75% -90% by weight, diisopropylated triphenyl phosphate in an amount of 8% -20% by weight. and triisopropylated triphenyl phosphate in an amount of 2% -5 wt.
