Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania spiekanych kompozytów, zwłaszcza na okładki ogniw paliwowych, polega na przygotowaniu mieszaniny, uformowaniu z niej wyrobu, a następnie prasowaniu i spiekaniu, przy czym jako materiał wyjściowy stosuje się jednorodną mieszaninę proszku grafitowego o rozdrobnieniu od35 µm 50 µm i proszku stalowego o rozdrobnieniu od 35 µm do 150 µm w proporcjach wzajemnych od 20 do 80% wagowych, którą po umieszczeniu w matrycy prasuje się jednoosiowo przy ciśnieniu na powierzchnię mieszaniny od 200 MPa do 700 MPa.The method of producing sintered composites, especially for fuel cell covers, consists of preparing a mixture, forming a product from it, and then pressing and sintering, with a homogeneous mixture of graphite powder with a particle size of 35 µm and 50 µm and steel powder with a fragmentation of 35 μm to 150 μm in reciprocal proportions from 20 to 80% by weight, which after being placed in the matrix is pressed uniaxially at a pressure on the surface of the mixture from 200 MPa to 700 MPa.
