Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie sposobu badania, zwłaszcza tablic rejestracyjnych pojazdów i stanowisko pomiarowe do tego sposobu. Sposób polega na tym, że wyprodukowaną tablicę rejestracyjną (2) umieszcza się w ściśle określonym polu wizyjnym urządzenia wizyjnego (3) przekazującego obraz do komputera (4) przetwarzającego go z zadanymi wymaganiami i oceniającego, z danymi z bazy danych, po czym wyniki oceny poddaje się analizie, przy czym badana tablica rejestracyjna (2) jest oświetlana światłem (5) skorelowanym z urządzeniem wizyjnym (3). Stanowisko pomiarowe ma podstawę (1) na badaną tablicę rejestracyjną (2), urządzenie wizyjne (3) odbierające obraz tablicy rejestracyjnej (2) i przekazujący go do komputera (4) z odpowiednim oprogramowaniem.The invention solves the problem of the test method, especially the vehicle license plates and measuring stand for this method. The method consists in the fact that the manufactured license plate (2) is placed in a strictly defined vision field of the vision device (3) transmitting the image to a computer (4) processing it with the given requirements and assessing it, with data from the database, after which the results of the assessment are subjected analysis, with the tested license plate (2) illuminated by light (5) correlated with the vision device (3). The measuring stand has a base (1) for the tested license plate (2), a vision device (3) receiving the image of the license plate (2) and transferring it to a computer (4) with appropriate software.
