Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania higienicznych opasek opatrunkowych z syntetycznych przędz biodegradowalnych, zwłaszcza elastycznych opasek opatrunkowych, z przędz multifilamentowych z biodegradowalnych włóknotwórczych polimerów syntetycznych, techniką dziania, na maszynach dziewiarskich, polega na tym, że przędze multifilamentowe z biodegradowalnych polimerów syntetycznych włóknotwórczych, zwłaszcza poliestrów i kopoliestrów alifatycznych, o masie liniowej od 40÷150 dtex i liczbie filamentów od 12÷24, o wytrzymałości właściwej od 13÷42 cN/tex, w postaci luźno skręconych włókien, o liczbie skrętów na metr od 2÷20, przetwarza się w wyrób, techniką dziania rządkowego, na okrągłych maszynach dziewiarskich małych średnic, o numerze uiglenia od 26÷34E, korzystnie 34E i średnicy cylindra od o 31/2” ÷ + 41/2”, korzystnie o 4”, doprowadzając na igły szydełkarki przędzę pojedynczą, korzystnie termokurczliwą elastyczną, wytwarza się dzianinę w zamkniętej formie dwuwarstwowej, o strukturze wybranej ze splotu lewoprawego, korzystnie lewoprawego pochodnego nabieranego, o dowolnym układzie oczek nabieranych, co najmniej jednokrotnie nabieranych, korzystnie w układzie 1x1.The method of manufacturing hygienic dressing bandages from synthetic biodegradable yarns, especially elastic dressing bandages, from multifilament yarns made of biodegradable fiber-forming synthetic polymers, by knitting technique on knitting machines, consists in that multifilament yarns made of biodegradable fiber-forming synthetic polymers, especially polyesters and aliphatic copolyesters, with a linear density of 40÷150 dtex and a number of filaments of 12÷24, with a specific strength of 13÷42 cN/tex, in the form of loosely twisted fibers, with a number of twists per meter of 2÷20, are processed into a product by weft knitting technique on small diameter circular knitting machines, with a needle number of 26÷34E, preferably 34E and a cylinder diameter of o 31/2” ÷ + 41/2”, preferably by 4”, by feeding a single yarn, preferably a thermo-shrinkable, elastic one, onto the needles of the crocheting machine, a knitted fabric is produced in a closed two-layer form, with a structure selected from a left-hand weave, preferably a derived left-hand pulled-on weave, with any arrangement of pulled-on stitches, pulled-on at least once, preferably in a 1x1 arrangement.
