Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest szyba zespolona, stanowiąca wyposażenie okna oraz zabudowy ścian frontowych budynków zawierająca sztywne płaskie płyty szklane, z których jedna pokryta jest cienką warstwą elektrycznie przewodzącą, zaopatrzoną w elektrody zasilane napięciem elektrycznym oraz czynny układ fotowoltaiczny, której czoła na całym jej obwodzie uszczelnione są środkiem odpornym na wodę, wilgoć i zmienne temperatury. Konstrukcja tej szyby polega na tym, że składa się ona z wewnętrznego zestawu płyty szklanej (1) i połączonego z nim trwale a zarazem odizolowanego elektrycznie od niego za pomocą izolującego kleju polimerowego (8) zewnętrznego zestawu płyt szklanych (2), przy czym wewnętrzny zestaw płyty szklanej (1) stanowi szklana płyta (4), której wewnętrzna powierzchnia pokryta jest warstwą przeźroczystego i przewodzącego elektrycznie tlenku metalu (5), której oba przeciwległe końce pokryte są srebrnymi elektrodami (6), natomiast zewnętrzny zestaw płyt szklanych (2) stanowią dwie płyty szklane (9 i 10), trwale połączone ze sobą oraz z umieszczonym pomiędzy nimi ogniwem fotowoltaicznym (11) za pomocą kleju polimerowego (12), a ponadto zestaw ten za pomocą izolującego kleju polimerowego (8) połączony i odizolowany jest elektrycznie od srebrnych elektrod (6) i ich warstwy tlenku metalu (5) wewnętrznego zestawu płyty szklanej (1).The subject of the invention is insulated glass, which is the equipment of the window and the building front walls of buildings, containing rigid flat glass plates, one of which is covered with a thin layer of electrically conductive, equipped with electrodes powered by electric voltage and an active photovoltaic system, the faces of which are sealed around its entire circumference resistant to water, moisture and changing temperatures. The design of this glass consists in the fact that it consists of an internal glass plate set (1) and permanently connected to it and electrically insulated from it by means of an insulating polymer adhesive (8) of the external glass plate set (2), with the internal set The glass plate (1) is a glass plate (4), the inner surface of which is covered with a layer of transparent and electrically conductive metal oxide (5), which both opposite ends are covered with silver electrodes (6), while the outer set of glass plates (2) are two glass plates (9 and 10), permanently connected to each other and to a photovoltaic cell (11) placed between them by means of a polymer glue (12), and this set by means of insulating polymer glue (8) is electrically connected and insulated from silver electrodes (6) and their metal oxide layers (5) of the inner glass plate assembly (1).
