Abstract
Magnetyczne urządzenie, posiadające magnes pierścieniowy i czujnik wrażliwy na pole magnetyczne, charakteryzuje się tym, że magnes pierścieniowy (1) i czujnik (2) wrażliwy na pole magnetyczne zamocowane są do elementu nośnego (3), przy czym czujnik (2) wrażliwy na pole magnetyczne umieszczony jest w pionowej osi magnesu pierścieniowego (1) w obszarze o liniowej charakterystyce indukcji magnetycznej funkcji odległości od magnesu (1), a element nośny (3) połączony jest z obudową (4) wykonaną z materiału ferromagnetycznego, natomiast pomiędzy obudową (4), a magnesem pierścieniowym (1) zamocowanym na elemencie nośnym (3) jest magnetyczna szczelina (5), przy czym druga magnetyczna szczelina (7) jest pomiędzy obudową (4) a podłożem ferromagnetycznym (6). Czujnikiem (2) wrażliwym na pole magnetyczne, korzystnie jest czujnik Halla. Element nośny (3), wykonany jest z materiału o współczynniku rozszerzalności termicznej poniżej 12x10-6 m/mK, korzystnie z materiału ceramicznego. Magnetyczne szczeliny (5) i (7) wypełnione są materiałem o właściwościach diamagnetycznych.
