Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest materiał ognioochronny charakteryzujący się tym, że składa się z wodorotlenku glinu lub wodorotlenku magnezu w ilości od 45-60% wagowych, szkła wodnego sodowego w ilości od 30-40% wagowych, utwardzacza w ilości od 2,5-5% wagowych, wody w ilości od 0,5-2% wagowych, środka spieniającego do szkła wodnego sodowego w ilości od 0,01-0,1% wagowych, oraz środka hydrofobowego w ilości od 0,1-3,0%. Materiał zawiera do 10% wypełniacza oraz elementy zwiększające wytrzymałość w ilości od 1,0-3,0%.The subject of the invention is a flame retardant material characterized in that it consists of aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide in an amount of 45-60% by weight, sodium water glass in an amount of 30-40% by weight, a hardener in an amount of 2.5-5% by weight , water in an amount of 0.5-2% by weight, foaming agent for sodium water glass in an amount of 0.01-0.1% by weight, and a hydrophobic agent in an amount of 0.1-3.0%. The material contains up to 10% of filler and elements increasing strength in an amount of 1.0-3.0%.
