Abstract
Sposób wyznaczania wartosci skutecznej predkosci drgan charakteryzuje sie tym, ze rejestruje sie przy pomocy czujnika (2) sygnaly (3) przyspieszenia drgan obiektu (1) poddawanego diagnozie stanu technicznego. Zebrane sygnaly po konwersji na postac cyfrowa przetwarza sie w urzadzeniu przeksztalcajacym (4) w nastepujacych po sobie krokach. Najpierw modyfikuje sie zebrane sygnaly przyspieszenia drgan przez znana funkcje okna czasowego. Nastepnie uzupelnia sie znana metoda liczebnosc zarejestrowanych próbek sygnalu do liczebnosci bedacej potega liczby dwa poprzez dopisanie zer na koncu i poczatku sygnalu. Dalej modyfikuje sie przeksztalcany sygnal przez wyznaczenie widma przyspieszen drgan, korzystnie z wykorzystaniem znanego algorytmu FFT. Potem, na podstawie tak otrzymanego widma przyspieszen drgan, modyfikuje sie przeksztalcany sygnal w dziedzinie czestotliwosci dla wyznaczenia widma czestotliwosciowego predkosci drgan. Na koniec na bazie widma czestotliwosciowego predkosci drgan nastepuje wyliczenie wartosci skutecznej predkosci drgan przeksztalcanego sygnalu.The method of determining the value of the effective vibration velocity is characterized by the fact that the sensor (2) signals (3) the acceleration of vibration of the object (1) subjected to the diagnosis of the technical condition is registered. The collected signals after conversion into digital form are processed in the transforming device (4) in successive steps. First, the collected vibration acceleration signals are modified by a known time window function. Then the known method of the number of registered signal samples is supplemented to the number being the power of two by appending zeros at the end and beginning of the signal. The transformed signal is further modified by determining the vibration acceleration spectrum, preferably using the known FFT algorithm. Then, based on the vibration acceleration spectrum obtained in this way, the transformed signal in the frequency domain is modified to determine the frequency spectrum of the vibration velocity. Finally, based on the frequency spectrum of the vibration velocity, the value of the effective vibration velocity of the converted signal is calculated.
