Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób redukcji poziomu dwutlenku węgla w procesie biologicznego oczyszczania biogazu, prowadzonym w urządzeniu do oczyszczania biogazu, zwłaszcza biofiltrze, wypełnionym złożem biologicznym zraszanym pożywką mineralną, zawierającym immobilizowane mikroorganizmy zdolne do rozkładu siarkowodoru. Sposób polega na tym, że proces prowadzi się w warunkach beztlenowych z wykorzystaniem konsorcjum mikroorganizmów pobranych ze środowisk naturalnych bogatych w siarkę. Złoże biologiczne zrasza się pożywką w postaci roztworu zawierającego azotany soli metali alkalicznych l i II grupy układu okresowego, przy czym stężenie jonów azotanowych w pożywce zawiera się w granicach od 20 do 2500 mg/l.The subject of the invention is a method of reducing the level of carbon dioxide in a biological biogas purification process carried out in a biogas purification plant, especially a biofilter, filled with a biological bed sprinkled with a mineral medium containing immobilized microorganisms capable of decomposing hydrogen sulfide. The method consists in the fact that the process is carried out under anaerobic conditions using a consortium of microorganisms taken from sulfur-rich natural environments. The biological bed is sprayed with the nutrient solution in the form of a solution containing nitrates of the alkali metal salts of group I and II of the periodic table, the concentration of nitrate ions in the medium is in the range from 20 to 2500 mg / l.
