Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe cyklaminiany 1-alkoksymetylo-3-karbamoilopirydyniowe oraz sposób ich wytwarzania. Mają one zastosowanie w dezynfekcji jamy ustnej. Nowe cyklaminiany 1-alkoksymetylo-3-karbamoilopirydyniowe o wzorze ogólnym, w którym R oznacza grupę alkilową prostołańcuchową zawierającą od 1 do 22 atomów węgla, a sposób ich wytwarzania cyklaminianów polega na tym, że chlorki 1-alkoksymetylo-3-karbamoilopirydyniowe poddaje się reakcji z cyklaminianem sodu w stosunku molowym 1:1-1:3, w temperaturze od 283 do 333K, w środowisku wodnym. Następnie produkt oddziela się od rozpuszczalnika, przemywa kilkakrotnie małymi porcjami wody destylowanej i suszy w warunkach obniżonego ciśnienia w temperaturze 303-333K.The present invention relates to new 1-alkoxymethyl-3-carbamoylpyridinium cyclamates and a process for their preparation. They are used in disinfection of the oral cavity. The new 1-alkoxymethyl-3-carbamoylpyridinium cyclamates of the general formula in which R is a straight chain alkyl group containing from 1 to 22 carbon atoms, and the method for their preparation of cyclamates is that 1-alkoxymethyl-3-carbamoylpyridinium chlorides are reacted with sodium cyclamate in a molar ratio of 1: 1-1: 3, at a temperature of 283 to 333K, in an aqueous environment. Then the product is separated from the solvent, washed several times with small portions of distilled water and dried under reduced pressure at 303-333K.
