Abstract

Sposób zasilania i zraszania powietrzno-wodnego w wyrobisku ścianowym charakteryzuje się tym, że każdorazowo przy pracy maszyny urabiającej, przemieszczającej się w wyrobisku w kierunku zgodnym z kierunkiem przewietrzania ściany, wraz z przemieszczaniem tej maszyny wyłączane są kolejne baterie dysz zraszających, znajdujące się w obszarze przed maszyną urabiającą, aż do całkowitego wyłączenia zraszania na całej długości ściany po dojściu maszyny urabiającej do końca ściany. Natomiast zawsze przy ruchu maszyny urabiającej w kierunku przeciwnym do kierunku przewietrzania ściany, wraz z przesuwem tej maszyny, włączane są kolejne baterie dysz zraszających systemu zraszania, znajdujące się za maszyną urabiającą, aż do momentu ich załączenia na całej długości ściany z chwilą dotarcia maszyny urabiającej do przeciwnego końca urabianej ściany. Instalacja do realizacji sposobu ma zasilane z wodnej magistrali (1) i powietrznej magistrali (2), usytuowanych w obszarze obudowy (8), powietrzno-wodne zraszające dysze (5), umieszczone z obu stron, korzystnie elastycznych paneli (9), podwieszonych do stropnic (6) kroczącej obudowy (8), których strumienie skierowane są z jednej strony paneli (9) w przestrzeń (10) urabiania, a ze strony przeciwnej paneli (9) w zawałową przestrzeń (11). The installation for implementing the method has air-water spray nozzles (5) supplied from a water main (1) and an air main (2), located in the support area (8), placed on both sides, preferably flexible panels (9), suspended from the canopies (6) of the walking support (8), the jets of which are directed from one side of the panels (9) into the mining space (10), and from the opposite side of the panels (9) into the caving space (11). In other solutions, the air-water spray nozzles are placed on sections of the walking support or on the gates of the wall conveyor.
