Abstract
Wapniowy preparat organiczno-mineralny, wytworzony jest z twardych produktów ubocznych przetwórstwa ryb, zwlaszcza z kregoslupów, zawiera od 80 do 99,9% suchej masy, w tym od 1 do 40% bialka, od 0,1 do 7% tluszczu, od 30 do 95% popiolu, sumarycznie od 1 do 15% wlókna i bezazotowych substancji wyciagowych, przy czym w preparacie znajduje sie od 100 do 320 g wapnia elementarnego na 1000 g preparatu i od 70 do 200 g fosforu elementarnego 1000 g preparatu. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest tez sposób otrzymywania organiczno-mineralnego wapniowego preparatu z kosci ryb, na drodze ich chemicznej obróbki.Calcium organic-mineral preparation, made of hard by-products of fish processing, especially from the backbone, contains from 80 to 99.9% of dry matter, including from 1 to 40% of protein, from 0.1 to 7% of fat, from 30 up to 95% of ash, in total from 1 to 15% of fiber and nitrogen-free extractive substances, with 100 to 320 g of elemental calcium per 1000 g of the preparation and from 70 to 200 g of elemental phosphorus per 1000 g of the preparation. The subject of the invention is also a method of obtaining an organo-mineral calcium preparation from fish bones by their chemical treatment.
