Abstract

Układ tunelu fluidalnego kriogeniczno-owiewowego do schładzania i zamrażania produktów charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada wewnątrz tunelu co najmniej jeden parowacz (7) i co najmniej jedną dyszę (5) wtrysku cieczy kriogenicznej, pracujące korzystnie w układzie szeregowym lub równoległym względem siebie, tworząc co najmniej jedną linię schładzania produktu w złożu fluidalnym (3). Sposób schładzania i zamrażania produktów polega na tym, że medium, odbierającym ciepło, jest płyn w postaci cieczy kriogenicznej i/lub powietrza, którego przepływ wewnątrz tunelu ukierunkowuje się w taki sposób, że powstaje warstwa fluidalna produktu, tzw. złoże fluidalnej i jednocześnie na wypływie z dysz układu kriogenicznego następuje odparowanie cieczy kriogenicznej, przy czym otrzymuje się temperaturę, korzystnie na poziomie niższym od temperatury -160°C, natomiast nadmiar odparowanej cieczy kriogenicznej i/lub powietrza usuwa się z wnętrza tunelu za pomocą systemu wentylacyjnego.The cryogenic-blast fluidized bed tunnel system for cooling and freezing products is characterized by the fact that it has at least one evaporator (7) and at least one nozzle (5) for cryogenic liquid injection inside the tunnel, preferably operating in series or parallel to each other, forming at least one line for cooling the product in the fluidized bed (3).
