Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania folii kompozytu organiczno - ceramicznego o właściwościach piezoelektrycznych oraz kompozyt o właściwościach piezoelektrycznych. Sposób polega na tym, że najpierw do osnowy granulatu polipropylenu (PP) dodaje się w znany sposób (pudrowanie) modyfikator. Następnie ujednorodnia się całą kompozycję do postaci regranulatu, przetwarza się do postaci folii, którą orientuje się i poddaje polaryzacji. W sposobie tym osnową jest granulat polipropylenu (PP) o budowie regularnej (syndiotaktyczny lub izotaktyczny) o stopniu wykrystalizowania ≤ 60%. Do takiego granulatu dodaje się modyfikatora w postaci sproszkowanej mieszanki kaolinitu i krzemionki, w ilości 1-20% masowych. Z ujednorodnionej kompozycji wytłacza się folię o grubości -100 μm i orientuje się ją jedno - lub dwuosiowo w zakresie od 2:1 do 5:1, w temperaturze 80 do 100°C. Zorientowaną folię polaryzuje się w polu elektrycznym o natężeniu, 50 do 150 V/μm w temperaturze 60 do 100°C. Kompozyt zawiera 80 do 95% mas. polipropylenu (PP) o budowie regularnej i o stopniu wykrystalizowania ≤ 60% oraz 5 - 20% mas. modyfikatora. Modyfikatorem jest mieszanina submikrokrystalicznej krzemionki i kaolinitu płytkowego o wielkości cząstek - 1,5 ÷ 6,0 μm, w której zawartość kaolinitu wynosi 35% mas., zawartość krystalicznej krzemionki SiO2 wynosi 55% mas., a zawartość amorficznej krzemionki SiO2 - 10% mas..The invention concerns a method for producing an organic-ceramic composite film with piezoelectric properties, as well as a composite with piezoelectric properties. The method involves first adding a modifier to a polypropylene (PP) granulate matrix in a known manner (powdering). The entire composition is then homogenized into a regranulate, processed into a film, oriented, and polarized. In this method, the matrix is a polypropylene (PP) granulate with a regular structure (syndiotactic or isotactic) with a degree of crystallization of ≤ 60%. A modifier in the form of a powdered mixture of kaolinite and silica is added to the granulate in an amount of 1-20% by weight. A 100 μm thick film is extruded from the homogenized composition and oriented uniaxially or biaxially in the range of 2:1 to 5:1 at a temperature of 80 to 100°C. The oriented film is polarized in an electric field of 50 to 150 V/μm at a temperature of 60 to 100°C. The composite contains 80 to 95 wt.% polypropylene (PP) with a regular structure and a degree of crystallization of ≤ 60% and 5 - 20 wt.% of the modifier. The modifier is a mixture of submicrocrystalline silica and plate kaolinite with a particle size of 1.5 ÷ 6.0 μm, in which the kaolinite content is 35% by mass, the crystalline silica SiO2 content is 55% by mass, and the amorphous silica SiO2 content is 10% by mass.
