The diagnostic test for detecting the Efb(127-140) protein contains as a detection agent polyclonal IgY antibodies specific for an epitope of the Efb(127-140) protein, isolated from the egg yolk of a poultry immunized with a protein antigen in the form of a conjugate of an epitope fragment of the E-Efb(127-140) protein with the sequence CVSAHRK(ValP(OPh)2)AQK(ValP(OPh)2)AVNLV presented in formula 1 with a carrier protein - hemocyanin.
