Abstract
Wynalazek ma zastosowanie przy budowie pojedynczej wieżowej elektrowni wiatrowej wraz z gondolą i modułem rotora, a także dla grupy takich wieżowych elektrowni wiatrowych. Sposób wznoszenia elektrowni wiatrowej (1) polega kolejno na wykonaniu fundamentu (2) pod wieżę (3), dostarczaniu bezpośrednio w to miejsce przynajmniej jedną platformą transportową modułów (6, 7, 8, 9) konstrukcji elektrowni wiatrowej (1), osadzaniu, za pomocą jednego żurawia (5), kolejnych dopasowanych względem siebie modułów (6, 7, 8, 9), po czym elementy łączone są ze sobą. Wzniesioną budowlę wyposaża się w osprzęt elektryczny i energetyczny. Przynajmniej moduł (6) wieży (3) wznosi się za pomocą wyłącznie jednej liny wciągającej (10) żurawia (5) i połączonego z nią co najmniej jednego zaczepu (11), szczególnie haka. Zaczep/zaczepy (11) doczepia się tak, aby bieg liny wciągającej (10) znajdował się, korzystnie osiowo, względem wznoszonego modułu (6, 7, 8, 9), od strony stanowiącej docelowo jego szczyt (13) i jednocześnie lub zamiennie względem środka ciężkości wznoszonego modułu (7, 8, 9). Bieg liny wciągającej (10) ma odchył od pionu nie większy niż 5st dla całego procesu podejmowania leżącego modułu (6, 7, 8, 9), procesu pionowania modułu (6) oraz procesu unoszenia modułu (6, 7, 8, 9) poprzez wciąganie liną wciągającą (10). Strona modułu (6), stanowiąca docelowo jego podstawę (16) i jednocześnie lub zamiennie odpowiednio przynajmniej jeden najdalej odsunięty od środka ciężkości element wznoszonego modułu (6, 9) jest zaciągany przesuwnie pod szczyt (14) wysięgnika pomocniczego (15) żurawia (5), przy czym tak zaciągany przesuwnie moduł (6, 9) jest podczas procesu podejmowania i procesu pionowania mocowany rozłącznie w jezdnym leżu. Mocowanie zwalnia się przed procesem unoszenia. The invention is applicable to the construction of a single tower wind farm with a nacelle and rotor module, as well as for a group of such tower wind farms. The method of erecting a wind power plant (1) consists of constructing the foundation (2) for the tower (3), supplying directly to this place with at least one module transport platform (6, 7, 8, 9) of the wind power plant structure (1), embedding, using one crane (5), successively matched modules (6, 7, 8, 9), after which the elements are joined together. The erected building is equipped with electrical and power equipment. At least the tower module (6) (3) is raised by means of only one hoisting rope (10) of the crane (5) and at least one hook (11) connected to it, especially the hook. The hitch / hooks (11) are attached so that the feed rope (10) runs, preferably axially, relative to the module being erected (6, 7, 8, 9), from the side which ultimately is its top (13) and simultaneously or interchangeably with center of gravity of the module being erected (7, 8, 9). The hauling rope run (10) has a deviation from the vertical of not more than 5 degrees for the entire process of making the lying module (6, 7, 8, 9), the module plumbing process (6) and the module lifting process (6, 7, 8, 9) through pulling with a hoisting rope (10). The side of the module (6), ultimately constituting its base (16) and at the same time or interchangeably, respectively, at least one element of the module erected farthest from the center of gravity (6, 9) is pulled slidingly under the top (14) of the auxiliary boom (15) of the crane (5) , while the module (6, 9) pulled so it slides is detachably mounted in the moving bed during the picking up and plumbing process. The fastening is released before the lifting process. The invention also relates to a set of devices for erecting a wind power plant, comprising a transport platform with a movable, mobile and at the same time rotatable bed.
