Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania drutów, w tym mikrodrutów, ze stopów Cu-Ag, zwłaszcza ze stopów Cu-(3÷7,9)%wag. Ag, polega na tym, że materiały w postaci miedzi i srebra o wysokiej czystości chemicznej poddawane są procesowi topienia w temperaturze 1083÷1300°C w tyglu grafitowym umieszczonym w piecu, a następnie procesowi odlewania ciągłego w temperaturze 1083÷1300°C, w atmosferze gazu obojętnego przy zastosowaniu krystalizatora grafitowego, w warunkach chłodzenia pierwotnego (chłodzenie krystalizatora) oraz wtórnego (zakrzepniętego stopu po wyjściu z krystalizatora). Tak otrzymany odlew poddany jest obróbce cieplno-mechanicznej.
