Abstract
Zawieszka do uwalniania substancji lotnych o budowie warstwowej, zawierająca warstwę nasączoną substancją lotną z samoczynnym uwalnianiem oraz zawierająca obudowę z perforacją, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera co najmniej trzy przylegające do siebie warstwy, wykonane z materiału biodegradowalnego, korzystnie z filcu, z których warstwa środkowa (1) nasączona jest substancją lotną, zaś warstwy zewnętrzne (2, 3) stanowią obudowę i co najmniej jedna z nich wyposażona jest w otwory perforacyjne (4), przy czym poszczególne warstwy (1, 2, 3) są ze sobą zespolone w jeden kształtowy element. Sposób wykonania zawieszki do uwalniania substancji lotnych, zwłaszcza substancji lotnych zapachowych, polegający na nasączeniu jednej warstwy substancją lotną, zwłaszcza substancją zapachową i zamknięciu tak wykonanej warstwy w obudowie z perforacją polega na tym, że z arkusza materiału biodegradowalnego, korzystnie z filcu, wycina się techniką laserową poszczególne warstwy zawieszki o jednakowym obrysie zewnętrznym i z zaprojektowaną perforacją, po czym warstwę środkową nasącza się substancją lotną i składa z warstwami zewnętrznymi, zespalając je w jeden kształtowy element.Pendant for releasing volatile substances with a layered structure, containing a layer saturated with a volatile substance with a self-release and containing a casing with perforation, characterized in that it contains at least three adjacent layers, made of biodegradable material, preferably of felt, the middle layer of which (1) is soaked in a volatile substance, while the outer layers (2, 3) form a casing and at least one of them is equipped with perforation holes (4), with the individual layers (1, 2, 3) joined together into one shaped element. The method of making the release tag for the release of volatile substances, especially volatile fragrances, consists in soaking one layer with a volatile substance, especially fragrance, and closing the layer thus made in a casing with perforation consists in the fact that a sheet of biodegradable material, preferably from felt, is cut out using a technique laser individual layers of the pendant with the same outer contour and with a designed perforation, after which the middle layer is saturated with a volatile substance and folded with the outer layers, joining them into one shaped element.
