Abstract
Skład mieszanki według wynalazku umożliwia efektywne zagospodarowywanie materiału odpadowego z płuczki piasku w oczyszczalni ścieków, do budowy betonowych, trwałych dróg lokalnych. Mieszanka betonowa dla drogownictwa zawierająca cement, kruszywo mineralne, piasek, uszczelniacz i wodę, charakteryzuje się tym, że cementu zawiera w ilości do 12% wagowych mieszanki, kruszywa mineralnego o granulacji grubej 8÷16mm w ilości do 35% wagowych mieszania, kruszywa o granulacji średniej 2÷8mm w ilości do 24% wagowych mieszanki, piasku w ilości do 25% wagowych mieszanki, w tym 60% piasku odpadowego z oczyszczalni ścieków zmodyfikowanego cementem hutniczym w ilości do 7% masy cementu, a jako uszczelniacz-modyfikator zastosowano bentonit sodowy w ilości do 2% wagowych masy cementu, zmodyfikowany saletrą potasową do 2% masy bentonitu.The composition of the mixture according to the invention enables effective management of waste material from sand scrubber in a sewage treatment plant for the construction of concrete, permanent local roads. Concrete mix for road construction, containing cement, mineral aggregate, sand, sealant and water, characterized by the fact that cement contains up to 12% by weight of the mixture, mineral aggregate with a coarse granulation of 8 ÷ 16mm, up to 35% by weight mixing, aggregate average 2 ÷ 8mm in an amount of up to 24% by weight of the mixture, sand in an amount of up to 25% by weight of the mixture, including 60% of waste sand from sewage treatment plant modified with metallurgical cement in an amount of up to 7% of cement mass, and sodium bentonite was used as a sealant-modifier amount up to 2% by weight of cement, modified with potassium nitrate up to 2% by weight of bentonite.
